CanChild is updating their measure of family-centred service (Measure of Processes of Care- MPOC; measures how much families experience rehabilitation services as family-centred).
They’re looking for families to test out the revised survey tool (to make sure it’s valid and reliable): it involves completing a set of questions about your experience with healthcare services. Participants will be thanked for their time with a $20 e-gift card upon completion.
Participation is completely voluntary and will not have any impact on services received or being received from The Centre.
